Hi! this blog is about me and Bandit. Right now Bandit is at another barn on vaction.
Above there is my dad and me plus bandit. we were getting ready for a show! neeeeeee bandit says with joy!
There is me and Bandit in the show. why do we have to jump these big jumps Allie? well i just have the joy of the jumps and the riding!
Above there you see my nice teacher mrs.Parrott. she almost saw me but she was a little late but i still got to show her what a trot a cantor is. She also got to see my buddy Bandit. Hi said Bandit welcoming her.

How wonderful for you to be riding and showing. It is so much fun. I rode a lot before I got into having a family. Cantoring (is that a word) is the most comfortable gait. Watch out for jumping. I took many jumps without my horse because I did not control the gait properly.
I took my husband riding for the first time a couple of years ago. They gave him a horse called "the couch" you can just imagine. Even so, he was pretty scared being on a horse, especially when he trotted.
When I was older, I tried fox hunting (with a drag scent) which was so scary I only did it once. I also played polo briefly.
Did you make your pony all pretty for the show yourself? Lots of hard work. You are so lucky to have a Momma that supports your riding.
